Privacy Policy

Your data will be utilized in accordance with the provisions of the German Teleservice Act (TMG) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Thereafter, we are eligible to use personal data to the extent necessary to provide the service of iFeedback® (usage data). Particularly, this is information that is used for the identification of the user, information regarding the time and scope of use as well as information about the user’s utilized Telemedia. Regarding the use of iFeedback®, all respective media devices (iFeedback® terminals, smartphones, notebooks) generally use and store only the specific IP addresses as identification data. IP addresses

When storing IP addresses, we adhere to the recommendations of the ULD (Independent Centre for Privacy Protection in Schleswig-Holstein, https://www.datenschutzzentrum.de). Afterwards, we store IP addresses for its own security purposes (e.g. for the identification of DOS attacks and to prevent abuse of our offered services) for a maximum of 7 days. The IP addresses will not be passed on to our customers. For statistical purposes, we store IP addresses in accordance to the recommendations of the ULD in anonymous (i.e. shortened) form, so that a onclusion to the original IP address is excluded.

Tunneling

Tunnelinject

The PC® Tunnelinject 2K 6822 S / M / F / THIX are 2-component injection resins for permanent sealing and consolidation in water-bearing levels, especially in case of high water pressure. The Tunnelinject product range was developed for application in mining, tunnelling and civil engineering.

PC® Tunnelinject 2K 6822 S/M/F:
2-Component PU-injection resins with a wide range of reaction times, reacting in a hard foam (with water) or gel (without water).

PC® Tunnelinject 2K 6822 THIX F/UF:
2-Component PU-injection resins with fast (F) or ultra-fast (UF) reaction times, specially developed for projects where massive water flows have to be stopped.

Soil Stabilisation

PC® Leakinject Soil 6805/N:
Low viscous 1-component polyurethane injection resin. PC® Leakinject Soil 6805/N reacts with water thereby forming a rigid foam. PC® Leakinject Soil 6805/N is used for ground stabilisation through soil injection. Besides giving stability, it is also often used to install a water-inhibiting layer in the soil.

In the absence of a natural, horizontal water barrier, an artificial water barrier can be installed by means of injection with PC® Leakinject Soil 6805/N.

Used for stabilisation of the soil in order to prevent collapse of the ground during and after excavation.

PC® Leakinject 6850:
Low viscous 1-component, water reactive foaming polyurethane injection resin. PC® Leakinject 6850 was specifically designed for stabilisation of damp or water saturated, granular soils and for the making dry of building pits.

Soil stabilisation with PC® Leakinject 6850 results in the formation of environmental-friendly agglomerates with high pressural strength.

Concrete

Carbon Fibre Laminates

PC® CARBOCOMP laminates are used to increase the bending strength of structural elements. These carbon fibre laminates are glued with epoxy glue PC® 5800 BL (with CE marking) on the surface which has to be strengthened.

PC® CARBOCOMP UNI:
Uni-directional carbon fibre laminates: all fibres are in the longitudinal direction.
These laminates can only be glued.

PC® CARBOCOMP PLUS:
Multi-directional carbon fibre laminates : the fibres are situated in the longitudinal direction with additional fibres at (+ 45°, - 45°) which makes it possible to anchor the laminates with bolts into the structure.

Carbon Fibre Textiles

PC® CARBOCOMP textiles are used for the shear strengthening of constructions. These carbon fibre textiles are impregnated with the PC® 5800 Carbo epoxy resin and applied on the surface that has to be reinforced.

• Preventive protection against seismic activity

Structural Injection - Epoxy Injection

The CE approved PC® STRUCTO-INJECT epoxy injection resins are used for structural repair of cracks in concrete pillars, beams, wooden spans, anchoring threaded rods in concrete, cracks in masonry, ...

PC® STRUCTO-INJECT epoxy injection resins have a low viscosity which enables them to penetrate deep into cracks, even into hairline cracks.

These epoxy resins have a very good adhesion to concrete, wood, metal, … even in unfavorable conditions.

Mortars

TRADECC has a well balanced range of epoxy repair mortars (known as PC® 5187) which can be applied in case of general concrete repair such as beams, columns, walls, stairs, …

Our repair mortars PC® 5187 are also excellent for leveling of floors, pits or holes and local repair of industrial floors and crane traces.

The PC® 5187 repair mortars can be used for both horizontal and vertical applications.

Our mortars have good mechanical properties and a good chemical resistance and thanks to the fast curing properties, the repaired zones can be used again very quickly.

Our repair mortars PC® 5187 are also CE approved.

Coatings

Polyurea Hotspray

PC 4840 Purea

The high reactive spray coating PC® 4840 PUREA is more often used as a seamless coating by which the product can be applied in thickness varying from 1 millimeter till several millimeters.

This pure polyurea hot spray protects steel and concrete constructions against corrosion, chemical products and weather influences. The fast application and polymerization time allows the treated surfaces to be back in service very fast, which is primordial for industrial applications.

The polyurea PC® 4840 PUREA hot spray coating system is a pure polyurea (not a hybrid form) and is the best solution when the seamless waterproof protection layer must respond to following requirements:

• Fast curing and application time
• Extreme abrasion resistance
• Impermeable membrane
• High chemical resistance


Common applications:

• Tank coatings
• Lining of containment bunds
• Steel protection
• Ramp, tailboard and pick-up protection
• Coating on floors and parking decks

Our PC® 4840 PUREA has also a CE marking.

PC 4840 Purea S / M / H (Hybrids)

PC® 4840 PUREA S / M / H are 'hybrids' of a very high quality and are available in three hardnesses, ranging from soft (S) through medium (M) to hard (H). The greater the hardness, the greater the chemical resistance, the less the elongation at break and the greater the tensile strength. Due to this wide variation in physical properties, the three products of the PC® 4840 PUREA S / M / H range offer a solution for the most diverse coating problems.

PC® 4840 PUREA S / M / H have a very short curing time, and so it allows the coated substrate to be used again very quickly.

F-Coat for Bridges

PC® F-Coat is an epoxy based system that can be used for the repair, waterproofing and thermal protection of very porous bridge deck surfaces.

The blistering problem of the mastic asphalt when overlaying very porous bridge decks can be avoided.

In order to resist the thermal shock of the mastic asphalt, the PC® F-Coat is sprinkled with a specially developed thermo-quartz immediately after application.

PC® F-Coat offers following advantages:
• Quick application and back-in-service time.
• Reduction of the weight placed on the bridge deck.
PC® F-Coat can be applied in a thickness of a few mm to several centimetres without any shrinkage.

Epoxy Flooring Systems

Seamless self leveling epoxy flooring systems (known as PC® 5283 ) have high mechanical characteristics and a good chemical resistance. They are very resistant against abrasion, are completely seamless and are easy to clean. The flooring systems are standard supplied without pigment. All RAL colours are available on demand.
PC® 5283/SL/TES is the standard solvent free 3-component epoxy casting floor.

• Good mechanical characteristics

• Thickness of the floor: 2 or 3 mm
• Anti slip by scattering quartz

The product range of TRADECC includes also a wide range of epoxy primers, top coats and coatings so that every degree of finishing is possible.

PC® 5001/T is a solvent free 2-component epoxy primer.
PC® 5283/NV is a 2-component epoxy coating with a high chemical resistance and good color retention.
PC® 5284 FILLER is a 3-component leveling layer on concrete floors. It creates a smooth surface and ensures a pore-free protection.
PC® 6283 TOP 2K Mat is a water based 2-component aliphatic polyurethane sealing with a mat finishing and is used to seal epoxy and polyurethane based floors.

Polyurethane Flooring Systems

Walking comfort, softness, elasticity and soundproofing characteristics are major advantages of our polyurethane flooring systems (known as PC® 6283). They are very resistant against abrasion, are completely seamless and are easy to clean.

Polyurethane Cement Flooring Systems

CEMPUR floors (Polyurethane-cement), are specifically applied when a very high performance of the Floor is required. CEMPUR floors are seamless and have a very high chemical resistance and they have an excellent resistance against thermal shock loads (steam cleaning).

CEMPUR industrial floors are highly resistant to widely used food chemicals such as acetic acid, lactic acid, oleic acid and citric acid.

Acrylic injection resins

Applications:
• Curtain injections for sealing underground constructions against water seepage.
• Sealing of defective tunnel membranes.
• Sealing of hairline cracks and capillaries in concrete and masonry.

• PC® 509 ACRYL: Standard acrylic injection resin.
• PC® 509 Z ACRYL: Highly elastic acrylic injection resin with exceptional adhesion with CE marking.
• PC® 509 Z L ACRYL: Elastic acrylic injection resin with linear reaction time with CE marking.
• PC® 509 Z Rubber ACRYL: Rubber acrylate injection resin with CE marking.

Polyurethane injection resins

Applications:
• Blocking leakages with a high flow or high hydrostatic pressure.
• Sealing of cracks and joints in concrete.
• Sealing of wet shafts, tunnels, channels and underground constructions.
• Filling large holes in rock fissures, joints, cracks and honeycombs.

Types:
• PC® Leakinject UNI 6816 E / EVL / ES: Aqua- reactive polyurethane injection resins with high expansion forming a rigid foam.
• PC® Leakinject FLEX 6860 / 6870 / 6890: Aqua-reactive polyurethane injection resins with medium expansion forming a flexible foam without shrinkage.
• PC® Leakinject 2K FLEX 6811 LV / LPL (CE marked): Low viscous 2-component resin with long curing time forming a flexible gel for dry or wet cracks or injection hoses.

Cleaning agents

• PC® Ecoclean: Ecological cleaning solvent for cleaning of injection and spraying equipment (non cured PU and epoxy).
• PC® PU Cleaner: Cleaning solvent for removal of cured polyurethane on equipment, tools and surfaces.
• PC® PU Cleaner Thix: Viscous cleaning agent for removal of cured polyurethane on big surfaces, vertical structures, building materials and big machine parts.

Swell Joints

Bentonite Swell Joints

The PC® BENTOSTRIP joint sealants are used for the waterproof sealing of construction joints in concrete.

PC® BENTOSTRIP is a hydrophilic joint sealant composed of natural sodium bentonite clay and rubber. According to the type the sealant can be used in both fresh water and/or salt water applications.

The PC® BENTOSTRIP swell joints are coated with a special coating to prevent premature swelling after installing and before concreting. The advantage of this coating is that the sealants keep their full swell capacity in the joint.

The joint sealant is applied to the middle of the construction joint. If necessary, use the metal fastening profile PC® BENTONET to reinforce the strip if it is being installed in a vertical configuration, or to provide protection during concreting.

Polymer Swell Joints

PC® ELASTOSWELL is a hydrophilic swell strip consisting of an acrylate based polymer swelling substance embedded in a butylene copolymer based thermoplastic elastomer.

PC® ELASTOSWELL keeps its shape completely without splitting or cracking, even at maximum swelling. In addition, the elastomeric properties are maintained in this maximum swelling state.

PC® ELASTOSWELL contains no traces of bentonite and has excellent re-swelling performance in wet-dry cycles.

Injection Hose

PC® INJECTRA is an injection system for the insulation of construction joints. The PC® INJECTRA injection hose ensures through targeted injection a perfectly sealed joint.

PC® INJECTRA injection hoses are applied to the middle of the construction joint.

Thanks to the 90°-hook connection, the injection hose and the pressure hose are fastened by a simple push and pull movement.

The injection hose is made from expanded PE, which has a porous structure with cells that are mutually connected and form a zigzag passage. The cells open under pressure of the injected resin which ensures an optimal and uniform spread of the resin. PC® INJECTRA is ideal for injection of polyurethane resins (PC® Leakinject 2K Flex 6811 LV), epoxy resins (PC® Structo-inject 1380) and acrylic resins (PC® 509 ZL Acryl).

Concrete Crystallization

PC Cristal Concentrate

PC® CRISTAL CONCENTRATE is a waterproofing and protection system for concrete constructions.

PC® CRISTAL CONCENTRATE works through internal formation of crystals in the concrete.

PC® CRISTAL CONCENTRATE penetrates deep into the pores, the capillaries and shrinkage cracks and forms crystals that block the penetration of water.

In the absence of water, there is no reaction and the chemicals remain present in a “sleeping” state. When contact with water occurs, the reaction starts again and the chemicals penetrate further. This process continues until the complete construction is waterproof and all active ingredients of PC® CRISTAL CONCENTRATE have participated in the crystallization process.

Rising Damp

PC Aquadry Gel

The PC® AQUADRY GEL is a very highly concentrated silane/siloxane impregnation gel, to stop rising damp in walls. The gel is applied with a manually applicable cartridge pistol.

Due to its excellent penetration properties and paste like character, the material penetrates deep into the walls and product losses are minimalized.

Moreover an effective treatment against rising damp is already achieved after just 1 injection of the product in the drill holes.
